I picked up this little shelf in an antique treasure trove in Ramsgate. The lady didn't know what it was for, I'm thinking it might have been used to store bobbins.. - or test tubes? What do you think?? While I figure out what to do with it, the boys thought it'd make a pretty cool Moshi Monsters stadium..

After spending the last couple of days in a state of utter disbelief and incomprehension, life resumes its course.

And it all seems very futile.. But it's life..

Last day of the school holidays and I'm deciding on my next project while drinking my favourite tea..
I think I will start with a "simple" cushion cover (I don't find sewing squares together and matching corners that simple..) before getting started on my Trip around the world..
